He is kind hearted and treats everyone fairly, even when they don't deserve it. However, his most notable traits are his constant floating and his ability to split and multiply into different copies of himself.
Super Form: The part of cellus that is Nucleolus and hand and feet change to purple, while the structure he is in changes to blue. The eye on his head becomes green and more realistic. Four more smaller cells with eyes on them orbit around him and are able to use psychic abilities just like Cellus at his command.
